Job summary

Waste Pro USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Roll-Off Driver who prioritizes safety and customer service. As a CDL driver, you will deliver and remove roll-off containers for commercial clients while upholding our safety standards and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• CDL required (Class A or B).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Waste Pro’s Roll-Off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove containers for commercial customers.
• Secure containers using hooks, cables, straps, and tarps as required; load containers onto the truck safely.
• Operate hydraulic lifting and compaction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections per policy and DOT regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and professional appearance; complete required paperwork.
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service during every customer interaction.
