Waste Pro USA Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a CDL Roll-Off Driver to safely deliver, remove, and transport roll-off containers for commercial and industrial customers. You will provide outstanding customer service while maintaining safety as a top priority.

Qualified drivers can participate in a $10,000 Driver Award program every three years by meeting safety and performance goals. This role offers home daily shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and CV safety standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Roll-Off trucks to deliver and remove containers for commercial customers.
• Secure containers using hooks, cables, straps, and tarps; operate hydraulics.
• Load and unload containers using hydraulic equipment.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and company policies.
• Complete DVIRs and Safety Lane inspections; document inspection results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional vehicle and report issues to dispatch.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during interactions.
• Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations; maintain records.
