Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers with roll-off experience to join our expanding fleet in California. You will drive and service large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers, delivering dependable, on-time service and supporting customers' schedules.

Qualified candidates hold a valid Class A or B CDL, be at least 21, and understand DOT requirements for CMVs and safe operations. You will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain a clean truck, and participate in

Qualifications

Requires a valid Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Understand refuse collection policies, DOT requirements for CMVs, and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Secure containers by attaching hook to container; use control levers to lift onto the truck bed and secure with straps.
Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to customers and the public, aligning with company goals.
Answer questions from customers and direct them to Customer Service or Sales for more information.
Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections as per DOT guidelines and company safety procedures; complete DVIR daily.
Maintain a clean truck and wash exterior weekly; inspect under the hood and tires and top up fluids as needed.
