Waste Management is seeking a CDL-certified driver to operate heavy-duty trucks across residential, commercial, and roll-off routes. You will perform inspections, ensure safe loading, and complete end-of-day reports while delivering reliable waste collection services.

Join a large team with strong safety culture and growth opportunities, including on-the-job training and education support. Typical shift runs 6am start with weekdays and potential Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy-duty trucks in compliance with safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Dump containers and ensure the customer site is clean after service.
• Follow route assignments and communicate service interruptions or issues.
