Job summary

Elevate, part of Amrize, seeks a Machine Operator- Rollform (1st shift) to monitor, load, and operate rollforming equipment in our Minnesota facility. You will calibrate the machine, run according to the daily schedule, perform quality checks and input data into the production system.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience preferred, and a commitment to safety in a dusty indoor environment. We offer training, competitive pay, benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with computer controlled equipment.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions, use measurement tools, blueprints, manuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies.
• Adhere to safety rules.
• Calibrate and prepare the machine to run according to the daily production schedule, validating batch information and checking equipment status.
• Monitors each run for quality and efficiency and adjusts settings based on feedback.
• Capturing production run information and inputting data into the production database.
• Maintain the hour-by-hour board.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies.
