stow Group, a leading global storage solutions provider with manufacturing facilities in Adairsville, GA, is seeking a Machine Operator. The role focuses on setting up and operating roll-forming machinery to convert metal coils into precise profiles, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety and maintenance routines.

You'll read blueprints, use calipers and gauges, and work with SAP work orders and MES systems to monitor production, perform inspections, and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or roll-forming operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience using SAP work orders and MES systems.
• Capable of using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate roll-forming machinery to shape metal coils.
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency; adjust settings as needed.
• Perform first-off inspections with calipers and gauges.
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot jams or misalignment.
• Maintain strict safety practices including LOTO and PPE usage.
