Amrize is seeking a Machine Operator (1st shift) to monitor, maintain and operate equipment in an indoor industrial environment. You will calibrate machines, run production schedules, and perform quality checks while adhering to safety standards.

Training will be provided as needed to handle new equipment. You will capture production data, monitor quality and keep the work area organized, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Mfg experience preferred with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with computer controlled equipment.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and use measurement tools, blueprints and manuals.

Mansioni

• Follow Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies.
• Adhere to safety rules and report concerns to supervision.
• Prepare and calibrate the machine to run per daily production schedule.
• Monitor runs for quality and efficiency and adjust settings as needed.
• Record production data and maintain the hour-by-hour board.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.
