Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Prior experience with manufacturing equipment is required.
• Experience with thermoform/injection mold equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to maintain production and quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjust settings as needed.
• Ensure correct production quantities per schedule.
• Maintain 5-S standards and clean work area.
• Report KPI data and production metrics.
• Communicate issues to leads and supervisors.
