Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to perform setup, operation, and monitoring of machines in the Roll Form department.

The role requires inspecting parts to specifications, adjusting tooling, and maintaining production quality and efficiency during the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and experience with thermoforming or injection molding equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or technical training preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment required.
• Thermoform, Injection Mold, or related machine operator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to maintain continuous production at a high quality with minimal waste.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure parts meet visual standards.
• Produce the required quantity per production schedule.
• Perform pre-operation setup and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Report production data accurately and maintain KPI targets for safety, quality, and efficiency.
