Job summary

Diamond Cellar is seeking a Rolex Training & Development Lead to drive learning across all markets, ensuring a consistent luxury client experience aligned with Rolex standards. The role owns training calendars, e-learning, coaching tools, and performance reporting to elevate product knowledge and clienteling.

The ideal candidate combines luxury retail expertise, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for developing people in a high-performance luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in luxury retail training, luxury watch or jewelry sales leadership, learning and development.
• Strong luxury-selling, clienteling, hospitality, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in multi-unit retail operations and leading training initiatives.
• Experience creating and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and digital training.
• Experience managing learning platforms and training reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual Rolex training calendar across all Diamond Cellar markets.
• Align learning priorities with Rolex brand standards, Diamond Cellar goals, product launches and client-experience expectations.
• Deliver monthly Rolex training meetings, workshops, onboarding sessions, product launches, role plays, and development programs.
• Create structured learning paths for new hires, Rolex specialists, developing advisors, and leaders.
• Oversee Rolex training-app assignments, participation, completion, and certifications.
• Provide managers with coaching tools, huddle guides, and calibration sessions.
• Present monthly training performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
