• Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, coaching and developing the team.
• Translate learning into elevated execution and drive measurable performance outcomes.
• Oversee compliance learning, safety, and brand-directed curriculum.
• Lead onboarding and integration experiences for new team members.
• Measure training effectiveness with feedback, analytics and audits.
