Job summary

Diamond Cellar seeks a Rolex Training & Development Lead to design and execute a multi-market Rolex learning strategy. You will own the training calendar, develop e-learning, and provide field coaching to elevate client experience and product confidence across markets.

The role requires luxury retail leadership experience, strong facilitation, and the ability to travel between Diamond Cellar markets; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This hybrid role is based in Dublin, OH.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in luxury retail training or related leadership roles.
• Strong luxury-selling, clienteling and hospitality skills.
• Rolex/luxury category knowledge preferred.
• Experience creating and facilitating instructor-led and digital training.
• Experience managing learning platforms, data, assessments, and reporting.
• Coaching, presentation, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to translate product/brand information into practical learning.
• Independent worker, able to manage multiple priorities and travel between markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related digital-learning tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual Rolex training calendar across markets.
• Maintain Rolex training app participation, certifications, and compliance.
• Create e-learning content, microlearning, and facilitator guides.
• Provide manager support with huddle guides, checklists, and coaching questions.
• Deliver monthly trainings, workshops, and market visits for coaching.
• Measure impact with monthly performance reports and needs analyses.
