Diamond Cellar is seeking a Rolex Training & Development Lead to standardize client experiences across markets, delivering Rolex learning, coaching, and performance across all Diamond Cellar markets.

You will own the training calendar, develop e-learning modules, run monthly meetings, and provide real-time coaching to leaders while building a consistent brand storytelling and clienteling approach across stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury retail training or related leadership roles.
• Experience in instructor-led, virtual, and digital training.
• Strong coaching, observation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex brand information into actionable learning.
• Willingness to travel between markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Rolex training across markets.
• Create structured learning paths for new hires and leaders.
• Oversee training-app assignments and certifications.
• Provide real-time coaching and manager support.
• Measure training outcomes and report findings.
