Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests from attorneys, government agencies, and third parties.
• Ensure ROI processing within HIPAA-compliant timeframes (7–10 business days) and on demand.
• Retrieve and accurately copy/upload medical records per requests and standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant ROI authorizations, subpoenas, court orders, and attorney requests knowledge.
• Operate EHR and ROI tracking systems to locate, verify, and release information.
