Responsabilidades

• Process ROI requests from attorneys, courts, subpoenas, and third parties.
• Meet productivity standards and respond within 7–10 business days when possible.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliantROI authorizations and responses.
• Retrieve and accurately copy/upload medical records per requests.
• Operate office equipment including fax, scanner, and EHR; track ROI status.
