VRC Companies, LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an ROI Specialist I to process medical records requests with accuracy and privacy in mind. You will verify authorizations, log requests, and perform quality checks to protect PHI while meeting client turnaround times.

Responsibilities include handling continuing care and disability determination requests, coordinating with ROI leadership, and ensuring proper invoicing and record storage in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal laws.

Formación

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations is preferred.
• Experience with ROI processes and EHR/EMR systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process ROI requests with accuracy and efficiency.
