Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Prior ROI fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; bilingualism desirable.

Responsabilités

• Process ROI requests for medical records promptly and accurately.
• Verify patient authorizations and HIPAA compliance.
• Log and track requests in ROI software; ensure proper filing.
• Coordinate with facilities and clients; protect PHI at all times.
• Produce invoices and billing materials; maintain client info.
• Escalate issues to supervisor for potential breaches or delays.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
