Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with Release of Information (ROI) and medical record releases.
• Experience working within the health care industry.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at 1955 W Frye Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224, Chandler Regional Medical Center.
• Flexibility to work any shift during 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, may require overtime and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests (medical records and billing) in a timely, efficient manner.
• Ensure accuracy and provide high-quality service to clients and customers.
• Safeguard patient privacy and ensure HIPAA-compliant release of information.
• Engage in direct customer service and project a positive image of the ROI department.
• Review requests for validity and provide timely feedback to requestors.
• Maintain knowledge of state laws, CPS rules, and hospital policies; perform other duties as assigned.
