Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests accurately and efficiently
• Retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling PHI
• Pull and generate reports as needed
• Perform administrative functions related to ROI processing
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of requests
• Communicate with healthcare staff, patients, and requestors
• Provide coverage support when onsite staff are out
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
