Datavant seeks an onsite ROI Associate in Key West, FL to process medical record release requests with accuracy and privacy compliance. The role requires responsibilities such as handling patient walk-ins, answering phones, data entry, and managing releases of information across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Health Information experience, familiarity with HIPAA, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year Health Information related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy regulations.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process patient health information requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of records.
• Operate facility software and two-monitor setup.
• Assist with patient walk-ins and incoming calls.
• Prepare and route medical records and releases as required.
