The role requires a high school diploma, ability to commute between locations, and the willingness to complete a 90-day ROI Certification with at least 85% proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Must pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong data entry and basic computer proficiency.

• Process ROI requests accurately and efficiently.
• Retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling all PHI.
• Pull and generate reports as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks related to ROI processing.
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of requests.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and requestors.
• Provide coverage support when onsite staff are out (PTO/call-outs).
