• Privacy regulations (HIPAA) knowledge required.
• At least 1 year HIM-related experience.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with site communications.
• May assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling pickups.
• Generate routine reports for managers or facilities.
