Job summary

Auctor is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of partner accounts and drive adoption, ROI, and renewals after the sale. You will partner with customer leaders and power users to redesign workflows around AI and deliver measurable outcomes across organizations.

You’ll help shape the CS approach, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering, and ensure value is visible to day-to-day users and executives. NYC-based, in-person role with equity and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing, post-sale roles in B2B SaaS or services.
• Proven record owning renewals and expansion with ROI focus.
• Familiar with SI and professional services delivery models.
• Comfortable with technical talks, data flows, and security topics.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication.
• Builder mindset for early-stage startup CS playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts.
• Prove ROI with narratives linking usage to outcomes.
• Champion customer needs internally and feed product.
• Navigate security, data handling, and integrations with customers.
• Track health signals and flag churn risk early.
• Represent customer voice in internal strategy and exec updates.
• Help build the CS function with playbooks and templates.
