Innovid, a leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, seeks a Client Success Manager in New York. You will be the trusted daily partner for a portfolio of clients, driving communication, flawless execution, and translating performance insights into long-term growth strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences and uncover opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities for coordinating cross-functional tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring communication and service excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to align campaigns with growth objectives.
• Analyze client objectives and campaign performance to surface insights and opportunities.
• Lead data-driven discussions to strengthen relationships and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet project deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare concise performance summaries for QBRs and next steps.
• Support revenue retention and identify expansion opportunities with clients.
• Validate billing details and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
