YMCA of the Rockies seeks a motivated Guest Registration Manager at Snow Mountain Ranch to lead the front desk team and ensure seamless guest experiences. You will train seasonal staff, oversee check-ins and billing, resolve guest concerns, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and inspire seasonal staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding guest service
• Oversee daily Front Desk operations, including check-ins, billing, and guest services
• Create a welcoming environment and resolve guest concerns
• Manage financial processes, reporting, and operational accuracy
• Collaborate with departments across the property to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Support evening operations and provide occasional overnight Night Audit coverage
