Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies is seeking an on-site Front Desk Staff at Snow Mountain Ranch. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, accurate income accounting, and professional communication with guests by phone and in person.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be fluent in English, and bring prior front desk or hospitality experience. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of accommodations using a computer-based system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle emergencies calmly.
• Operate office equipment (computer, adding machine, base radio system, telephone switchboard).
• Accurately account for income during shifts.
• Provide excellent guest service in person and over the phone.
• Work in a busy office with interruptions and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn Income Audit and Night Audit responsibilities.
