Job summary

FPACP Sherman LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in Sherman, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment programs in collaboration with physicians, and provide a range of physical therapy modalities to improve daily living activities.

You will supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant when assigned, coordinate with the Rehab Director and other clinicians, and ensure documentation and compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• PT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist in the hiring state

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop physical therapy treatment programs in collaboration with the physician.
• Administer active and passive therapeutic exercises, massages and modalities.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant when assigned; collaborate with other clinicians on the patient Plan of Care.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure effective therapy.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
