Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement PT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, and provide therapeutic exercises, massages and modalities.

You will supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant when assigned, educate patients and caregivers on ADLs, and ensure high-quality care while adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and oversee patient treatment plans with physician collaboration.
• Provide direct PT services including active and passive exercises, massages, and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers in activities of daily living and home exercise programs.
• Supervise and direct the Physical Therapy Assistant when assigned.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with professional ethics and state/federal regulations.
