FPACP SHERMAN LLC in Sherman, TX is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. Under general supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans and assist patients in regaining mobility, strength and function.

You will guide patients through prescribed exercises, apply modalities, document progress, and help maintain safe, efficient therapy sessions. Eligibility requires an Associate’s Degree in PTA and current state license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in PTA program or equivalent.
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to follow treatment plans under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist Physical Therapist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs to improve mobility and strength.
• Apply prescribed modalities (heat, light, electrical) as directed.
• Maintain clean and safe treatment areas and equipment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT.
