Relativity Space is seeking engineers to own the development, validation, and refinement of test assets across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You will collaborate with design and manufacturing partners to ensure efficient, reliable production testing campaigns that scale over time.

You will lead test equipment design, sequencing, and training while addressing issues on the shop floor and driving manufacturability improvements through data-driven root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware development and testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience authoring test procedures for mechanical/electrical/pneumatic assemblies.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and production teams to investigate failures and drive corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Own development, validation, and refinement of test assets and processes across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Drive the technical execution of mechanisms and integrated assembly testing, including design integration, tooling, and sequencing.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support and address test issues, feeding back to design for manufacturability and testability.
• Analyze test data to identify discrepancies and lead cross-functional root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with design, production, supply chain, and quality to ensure efficient test processes aligned with objectives.
