Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Rocket Test Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians across rocket motor and DACS test programs. You will own the full test lifecycle, from planning and qualification to production acceptance testing, interfacing with DoD customers, program management, and systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain it.
• 15+ years in integration and test engineering for rocket propulsion with team leadership.
• Hands-on test engineer and conductor across R&D, qualification, and production campaigns.
• Experience with multiple propulsion testing disciplines and high‑pressure test stands.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test engineers and technicians; allocate resources and ensure safety and technical excellence.
• Own the full test lifecycle for rocket motor and DACS programs: planning, procedure development, execution, data review, reporting.
• Serve as Test Engineer and Conductor for static fire, qualification, and production campaigns.
• Oversee facility design, startup, certification, checkout, and readiness for test stands and high‑pressure systems.
• Direct environmental testing (thermal, shock, vibration, altitude) on energetic and inert hardware.
