Monti, Inc. is seeking a Robot Operator to set up, operate, and maintain robotic equipment in a manufacturing environment in Greenwood, SC. The role involves loading fixtures and components, programming instructions, quality inspections, and performing adjustments during runs.

Successful candidates will have basic computer skills, blueprint reading ability, organizational focus, and the stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with possible overtime. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads fixtures; loads components into fixtures.
• Enters preprogrammed instructions for robot operations to meet specifications.
• Inspects robot output for quality.
• Makes adjustments during production runs.
• Installs different components per production run specifications.
• Grinds and sands to clean parts.
• Uses MIG welder to tack weld.
• Prepares parts for outside services.
• Cleans nozzles and tips.
• Operates robots safely.
• Maintains neat, clean workstation per 6S standards.
• Operates overhead crane.
• Maintains 6S standards in all work stations.
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
