Paylocity in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Robotic Welder for the 3rd shift to lead operation and troubleshooting on a high-impact welding machine. The role suits someone who thrives in an independent, hands-on environment and values strong quality control.

Training for robotic welding is available for motivated candidates. Responsibilities include operating the robotic welder, defect inspection, light material handling, and supporting related production tasks.

Qualifications

• General machine operating/manufacturing and forklift experience required.
• Prior robotic welder experience preferred, but will consider candidates who are interested in learning new technology/machine operations.
• Detail, quality oriented, comfortable multitasking.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn.
• Any prior experience with inspection equipment is helpful.
• Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and perform regular repetitive bending/lifting.
• Able to sit or stand for up to 10 hours and walk as needed during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/operate and tend robotic welder.
• Assist in identifying defects and repairs as needed (MIG welding).
• Assist with staging welding cells and light material handling.
• Assist with inspections for welded components using tape measures and other hand tools.
• Assist with other production operations as needed (lasers, brakes, grinding, milling/tapping, hardware inserters, press brakes).

Local Top workplace looking for a dedicated full time Robotic Welder to join our growing 3rd shift team to take lead on operating and troubleshooting one our newest, high impact machines!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an immediate impact, enjoys an independent work environment and thrives in hands on work.

Ideal candidates will be quality orientated, strong multitaskers with previous forklift experience and some prior machine operation Previous experience or exposure with robotic welding operations is a plus, but not necessarily required - willing to train motivated candidates!

Full time flexible hours and overtime available!

Position Responsible For:

• Set-up/operate and tend robotic welder
• Assist in identifying defects and assist in repairs as needed (MIG welding)
• Assist with staging welding cells/work areas and light material handling
• Assist with inspections for welded components using tape measures and other hand tools
• Assist with other production operations on occasion needed to meet customers needs: lasers, brakes, grinding equipment, milling/tapping machines, hardware inserters, press brakes

Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience
