Job summary

Lift Technologies Inc. in Westminster, SC is hiring Production Welders for a production environment. Welders follow blueprints, use precision gauges and MIG welding (GMAW – Spray Arc) to assemble steel components.

Training is provided; they may work in robotic cells and charge-worthy duties with occasional overtime. Shifts include 4/10 day and night, plus 3/12 weekend options. Pay depends on experience, with a monthly bonus for hourly staff; night and weekend differential apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AWS D1.1 and D14.1 weld tests required (administered during interview).
• Successful AWS written test administered at LTI as part of interview.

Responsibilities

• Safely fabricate weldments by cutting, burning and MIG welding to meet quality specs.
• Perform fit-up and weld robot operations per work instructions.
• Read and follow engineering drawings and notices.
• Operate MIG welding equipment and use safety procedures.
• Complete production documentation accurately and neatly.
• Prepare for shifts and maintain equipment in proper condition.
