Daimler Truck North America in Byesville, OH, is hiring for the 2nd shift Flame Spray - Assembler/Disassembler Level 3. You will operate Fanuc robot flame spray and blaster cells, run a shaker, and perform quality checks as part of the remanufacturing process.

This role requires adherence to standardized work procedures and the ability to read work station instructions. You must be able to stand for the shift, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 45 pounds, and use jigs, hoists, and air tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on concrete for full shift and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive manual manipulation and use power tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Cross-train on other jobs as required.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fanuc Robot flame spray cell.
• Operate Fanuc Robot blaster cell.
• Run shaker and perform quality checks.
• Assemble components for heavy-duty trucks.
• Use computer systems to access BOMs and drawings; view specs.
