Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive assembly tasks and use power tools.
• Able to stand for long shifts on concrete and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and follow Work Station Instructions and BOMs.
• Cross-training on other jobs as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components for heavy‑duty trucks.
• Operate hoist, gauges, air tools and other equipment per standardized work procedures.
• Identify and properly label component parts using identification numbers.
• Follow rotation plan and complete training matrix for each rotation position.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; contribute to safety and quality improvements.
