Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is hiring for a hands-on manufacturing role in Byesville, OH. You will operate robotic welding processes and Fanuc robot cells, perform material handling with hoists and tools, and follow standardized work procedures to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience in manufacturing, a High School diploma, and the ability to stand for long shifts with lifting up to 45 pounds. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for an entire shift with repetitive motions.
• Repetitive hand manipulation and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Read and understand Work Station Instructions.
• Cross train on other jobs as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding processes and robotic cells.
• Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including lifting.
• Use hoists, air tools, hand tools, grinders, and jig fixtures.
• Identify components by numbers and adhere to rotation plan.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
