Daimler Truck North America is seeking a 2nd Shift Flame Spray - Assembler/Disassembler Level 3 in Byesville, OH. This role operates Fanuc robotic flame spray and blaster cells, performs quality checks, and handles related assembly tasks for heavy-duty engine components.

Responsibilities include using hoists, air tools, grinders, and slaggers, following standard work, and reading work station instructions. You’ll contribute to safety, quality, and productivity while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of repetitive hand manipulation and standing on concrete for long shifts.
• Experience with robotic welding processes is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow Work Station Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fanuc robotic flame spray and blaster cells and perform quality checks.
• Operate hoist, air tools, grinders, and slaggers to assemble components.
• Identify parts using identification numbers and follow rotation plan.
• Access company data via computer systems and use drawings, BOMs and specs.
• Participate in safety, quality, attendance, productivity and continuous improvement efforts.
