Daimler Truck North America is seeking a manufacturing associate to support robotic welding operations in Byesville, OH. You will operate robotic welding cells, hoists, and hand tools, following Work Station Instructions and safety protocols to assemble components for heavy-duty trucks.

The role requires standing for long shifts and lifting up to 45 pounds, with opportunities for cross-training and career development.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation and grasping
• Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with lifting up to 45 pounds
• Meets quality standards and supports continuous improvement
• Cross-train on other jobs as required

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding process
• Run robotic cells and associated equipment
• Perform manufacturing duties with safety and efficiency
• Identify components using part numbers
• Follow work rotation and complete training matrix
• Access data via computer systems and work with drawings/BOMs
