Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation.
• Minimum of 3 years of management and operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation, warehousing, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site operations team to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Ensure OSHA and customer processes are followed daily.
• Staff, train, and develop hourly and salaried employees.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare performance reviews and manage KPIs.
• Coordinate with customer management and Symbotic HQ.
