Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a field-based Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to cover the Delta Plains Territory. You will provide procedural support, education, and customer training to surgeons and staff, driving adoption of robotic-assisted urology solutions.

The role emphasizes technical accuracy, collaboration with sales leaders, and high travel. Eligible candidates bring clinical or medical device sales experience and a drive to improve patient outcomes in diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Clinical, medical device sales or procedural support experience required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, or surgical robotics preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and work in hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff.
• Build strong customer relationships through education and responsive service.
• Support account development activities to drive utilization.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leader to support objectives and plans.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and escalations.
• Develop expert product knowledge and kidney stone workflow understanding.
• Maintain professionalism, service, and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure stock and growth.
