Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology within key strategic markets. You will partner with local sales leadership to assess opportunities, select strategic accounts, and train surgeons to autonomy, leveraging the ISI ecosystem to expand adoption of the da Vinci system and related technologies.

Travel up to 25% and occasional after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in strategic markets.
• Train net-new Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot to Total Practice including SP for Urologic Procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
• Build a robust data set showing value of da Vinci.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on market development.
