Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive rapid growth in Urology and Gynecology across key markets. The role involves partnering with local sales leadership to identify strategic accounts and train surgeons to achieve autonomous practice within the ISI ecosystem.

You will travel up to 25%, work flexible hours including some nights/weekends, and leverage your experience to expand Total Practice adoption.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and change.
• Proven ability to influence peers and communicate across a broad organization.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in strategic markets.
• Train net-new Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologists/Urologists to Total Practice including SP for Uro procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters.
• Build a robust QTI data set showing clinical and economic value.
• Partner with sales leadership for market development activities.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Collaborate with academic marketing and sales to enhance resident education.
