Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to accelerate growth in key markets. You will partner with local sales leadership, target strategic accounts, and train surgeons to operate with autonomy using the ISI ecosystem.

This role requires 5 years of sales experience (2+ in healthcare), willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology in key strategic markets.
• Partner with local sales leadership to identify opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Train surgeons to autonomy and leverage ISI ecosystem resources.
• Establish regional observation sites and Epicenters.
• Develop data demonstrating clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to maximize impact.
