This hands-on role sits at the intersection of robotics operations, teleoperation, data quality, and engineering; you will work directly with robotic systems, maintain high standards for teleoperation and data collection, and help with operator training and quality. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, QA, technical operations, robotics, or related fields.
• Technical degree completed or in progress in engineering, CS, data science, or related fields.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to assess quality and coach others toward consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic systems with active teleoperation as a core duty.
• Onboard and train teleoperation operators; set quality standards and SOPs.
• Monitor operator performance and data quality; support QA and reporting.
• Bridge operations and engineering; translate feedback into actionable guidance.
