United Rentals is seeking a Worksite Tech Deployment Manager to lead field operations deploying robotic and autonomous solutions across customer sites and branches. You will own the full deployment lifecycle from planning, install, and commissioning to handoff, while coordinating with vendors and 3PL partners as needed.

This role requires 5+ years in field operations/logistics, budget control, and a willingness to travel up to 75% to worksites and branches.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent operational experience considered.
• Experience in field operations, logistics, and technology deployments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end deployment of robotic and autonomous solutions at customer sites.
• Build and lead a field deployment team, including vendors where needed.
• Establish repeatable playbooks for site readiness and safety.
• Coordinate telematics data flow and integration with customer workflows.
• Lead on-site deployments and act as operational lead with vendors.
