Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the United States to own the resolution of complex customer issues and to serve as a technical expert for our robot ecosystems.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, reproduce, and help debug electro/mechanical equipment, robots, and software interfaces, while documenting incidents for Development and Quality teams and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in Engineering or CS required.
• Strong scripting and programming ability in Python/C++.
• Experience with Linux environments and debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, reproduce, and fix complex issues in robot and software ecosystems.
• Document incidents, bugs, and feature requests for development teams.
• Suggest and contribute to proactive support and process improvements.
