This position offers a salary range of $88,603 to $121,830 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical engineering role, preferably in Robotics or Automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
• Ability to document and analyze technical data.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot diverse electro-mechanical systems and computer interfaces.
• Serve as the 'Internal Voice of the Customer' for clarity in R&D, Quality, and Sales.
• Diagnose issues using log data to refine monitoring tools.
• Document novel behaviors in technology and suggest product features.
• Develop data-driven narratives to inform business objectives.
