You will triage incoming cases, determine severity, and either resolve Tier 1 issues or gather diagnostic data to elevate complex cases to Support Engineers. This front-line role emphasizes clear communication and a world-class support experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to varied audiences.
• Experience in front-line customer support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage & intake: perform immediate triage to determine severity and escalation needs.
• Categorize issues to route to correct workflows or teams.
• Provide Tier 1 resolution and customer interaction across live chat, phone, email, and portal.
