Albany Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our busy Perioperative Surgical team. You will provide comprehensive perioperative care and assist surgeons across multiple specialties, including robotic procedures using DaVinci Xi, dv5, and Mako.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant degree program or equivalent.
• New York State PA or NP license active.
• ACLS/BLS certification required.
• Ability to master EMR and billing systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• HIPAA compliant at all times.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care for surgical patients.
• Assist surgeons during robotic and other procedures across multiple specialties.
• Perform first- and second-assist duties in the operating room.
• Collaborate with perioperative staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
